"This speck of life in time's great wilderness
This narrow isthmus 'twixt two boundless seas,
The past, the future, two eternities!"
So after I finished bunch of commissions and while I was waiting for info for new ones, I opened this picture with Val, I'd started some weeks ago and hadn't had enough will to actually do the flowers... And finished it!
I've wanted to draw something like this for ages now. Not exactly with Valeria, but in general. I found this information about blooming deserts in Utah and was overwhelmed. It's SO beautiful! So. During her travels, in the lost destroyed world... I'm 120% sure, she's seen something like that. <3
And finally got to draw a fullbody postapo picture of her. <3
Wicked cool character! Great job on the bg, too!
I enjoy the details you've built into this... especially the contrast between the fresh, unspoiled nature of the flowers and the been-through-hell nature of the character! Excellent visual storytelling.

Very beautifully done moment with the lighting, detail, and character.
Wow, the outfit and mask is badass and the scene is so cool! All the details are so awesome! She look great
Thank youuuu! <3 The scene was pleasure and pain to draw, but I learned a new shortcut in Photoshop thanks to the flowers! 8D And Val well. I try. I need to learn more though. Anatomy. She should be taller (at least taller than Aderyn, my main character - the black braided 18th century girl) and muscular. I really want to draw a picture with all my three main girls together (Aderyn, Valeria and Caladwen), to compare them. You know - to make sure, my characters don't look all the same. :'D
